"One of the worst dentist offices ever when it comes to keeping appointments and communication open with parents about children’s dental care and plans. We have had our sons dental work rescheduled multiple times to to the lack of communication and effort on the staffs part we have sat in the lobby for almost 2 hours to be told we were forgotten about. If your looking for somewhere reliable and trustworthy to take your kids for great dental work please look elsewhere because this place just isn’t it and the 1 star was only because zero wasn’t an option"

"They couldn't numb me: All I wanted was 1 tooth removed. Made an 10am appointment to see dentist..They insisted that I make a 11am to get checked for braces and teeth whitening. I kept saying no they still booked.it. Then when I went in they could NOT numb me for 3hrs. I asked since they cleaned half my teeth can do all my whole mouth cleaning at once. Explained because I didn't go in for that, they said No. 3hrs Still not numb I finally asked the dentist to just pull out my tooth. I felt everything the pain was horrible. I tried to cancel next appointment but 3 days later can't get them to answer. Staying in hold for over 30min. Lastly I'm not sure what I'm paying for monthly."

"Absolutely amazing appointment. Both dentists are incredible. Adult and pediatric. I highly recommend this dental office. Their willingness to accommodate my ongoing personal schedule changes is so helpful. The entire staff is helpful, kind, explaining everything as they go in a manner that procedures are discussed as well as understood. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with this team."

"If you are thinking about choosing this place for your dental care please don’t, they are unprofessional and do not care what is best for the patients. They are always scheduling people to come in and then turning them around when they get there saying they need to re-schedule because the dentist is not in the office today.. I’ve never met a dentist office where the dentist is nearly never in the office. I took off work and planned things around to have my daughters crowns done, only to come in and be told my daughter could not get them done. What a waste of my time I missed work my daughter missed school and to make it worst I asked to speak with the supervisor and the supervisor is actually the one to mistakenly schedule Me for a day the dentist would be out. NO resolution at all. poor communication, the scheduling system is ridiculous and not to mention no one here wants to do there job they want to just sit up in the front spinning around in the desk chair twirling their hair. If you want a dentist that takes the care of other’s peoples teeth seriously and considerate of patients time. You would do yourself a favor not even scheduling with this dysfunctional dentist office. Oh and This is not the first time I planned to come and got turned around at my arrival WORST DENTIST OFFICE EVER!"
