"I wouldn’t come here unless you’re Hispanic, the place is extremely racist towards anyone else. They will give away your appointments and call you up the day of, to try to accuse you of making a mistake of some kind. The first time, I let it go, the second time I got irritated, the third I lost my temper with the receptionist over the phone. I never returned. Interestingly enough, I’m not the only one that has recognized the racism here. I saw a review on yelp, which complained of the same problem. Over the phone, they were extremely kind hearing our Hispanic names… as soon as we arrived with white skin, speaking in English, it was nothing but bad attitudes and glaring. They ignored us, and when I tried to speak with the receptionist, she didn’t even look at me, assuming I didn’t know Spanish. She only talked to my husband, even called him over, when it was completely unnecessary. It may just be the fact that these people don't know enough English to serve properly and INTENTIONALLY irritate you until you leave. As soon as my child was called in, I had him lay down as told, and we waited for ages for a doctor. Then, I was sassed by a nurse that I needed to have him laying and he had to stay still, when he was already doing as told. He literally just looked around waiting for a doctor. We waited even longer, and another worker decided to give us “special treatment” seeing the Hispanic name and how young my kid was in the paperwork, and expecting a brown baby. We still waited ages in that room. They immediately dropped their smile when they saw us, and as soon as it finished, I was cornered on my way out and scolded like a child that I can’t expect them to “wait on my child to cooperate”. I was told that getting a special room isn’t something I should expect ever again. My child didn’t cry, or anything. He was still the whole time. Never did they wait on us. I’m guessing they lie and blame other patients for their own disorder amongst themselves. I came in with a newborn and toddler, both so well behaved and patient that day. Still I was made to feel as if I had done something wrong on multiple occasions… I don’t see how I have any control over your businesses mistakes. Get your dose of gaslighting & belittling right here!"

"Excellent pediatric dentistry services here. As a full time working single parent, I am so appreciative of being able to take my son in for a Saturday appointment. Thanks a bunch for meeting my child's needs."

"Lone star pediatric staff wastes no time. They see what needs to be done to your teeth, then quickly and efficiently get the jobs done. I highly recommend bringing your adolescents here for any type of treatment because of the wonderful team Lone Star has!! The doctors/dentist and the team are the best of the best! Let’s not forget they also do adult braces! YALL come down here and get your braces for killer prices!"

"We've only been once, but my daughter said she really liked the office and the staff. I'll edit the review if anything changes. EDIT (reduced rating): I was sent a contract via email and agreed with it, but when I clicked to approve the contract, it immediately asked for payment, saying today was the due date (after office hours, so I couldn't call the physical office). Then the site refused to take my card several times in a row. It was a hassle and should not have demanded payment immediately until I had a chance to speak with staff at the office."

"I’ve been with lone star for 18years this is worst location ever. Staff doesn’t communicate with you once so ever of what they are doing, there too busy talking to one another. They don’t do a good job at cleaning dr doesn’t even communicate with you on what they think it’s best for your child. Front desk lady doesn’t know what she’s doing said my child didn’t have insurance when clearly he did. Most of staff speaks Spanish they assume you speak Spanish. If you do need work done you will be waiting months so what’s point of it. I do believe it has do with management if management isnt good staff won’t be. Lonestar I think you need new team or learn from your other offices how to speak to your patients make more hours open. You guys never never answer your phones but expect us to answer our when confirm our appts you have like 5 front desk people who can pick up phone"
