"I've been genuinely impressed with the staff and services at this facility. The level of attention and detailed information I've received is outstanding, truly setting them apart. The environment is not only clean but also equipped with high-tech features that provide a welcome distraction during procedures. I attempted to have my mom receive her care here as well, but unfortunately, her insurance didn't cover everything needed. Despite this setback, the staff went above and beyond, offering comprehensive information on available services, specialist recommendations, and other viable alternatives. Their effort to assist, despite the insurance limitations, was remarkable and greatly appreciated. I deeply wish my mom could join me here, purely for the convenience and the quality of care that I've come to trust and value. Highly recommended for anyone seeking top-notch medical care with a compassionate and informative approach."

"Swish operates as a for profit business first and foremost, prioritizing maximizing insurance bill codes over long term patient care. The facility is clean and modern, fits the neighborhood aesthetic well. Pro’s: High end technology, friendly staff, good at cleanings. Cons: Dentists will recommend work you don’t need to maximize bill codes with your insurance. The high end technology only serves as a way to upsell cosmetic services (no clear benefit to oral health). Often represented inaccurate pricing and will send a large additional bill weeks later. Ultimately, moved to a different dentist after multiple bad experiences here."

"as a former employee turned patient, i can honestly say im disappointed. i’ve referred so many friends and family members, and im in disbelief that this is how they now operate . to show up and tell me my appointment wasn’t on the books, but then to tell me i was originally scheduled at 8am and then 2pm. without any form of confirmation, let alone of any appointment scheduled is astonishing. and then to then be told but “its not big deal we can still see you.” so i proceed to stay and over hear them discuss that im currently pregnant and i inform them yes i am pregnant and im willing to take x-rays as long as i have a lead apron, common protocol. just to be sent a consent stating i refused my x-rays, when i corrected the assistant, letting her know that i didnt refuse my x-rays i requested a lead apron they sent in the same woman that told me i wasn’t on the books to tell me i need a letter from my obgyn to proceed with my appointment. i can literally laugh at out loud in straight disappointment and disbelief. i will forever be grateful for the employment opportunity i had here. but i will not be a returning patient."

"I understand the nerves that go with going to the dentist but this place is such a positive vibe that it kinda makes me look forward to my next cleanings! The staff is super duper friendly especially Tracey and Dr. Sara. Would definitely recommend this place to all of my friends and anyone who is looking for a different dentist!"
