"TL DR: Just go-to Austin Dental Center! Ive been with Dr John Glennon since 1993. When I visit other doctors they're shocked I am still with the same dentist! I am: he's so caring and knowledgeable of not only dentistry but also office management techniques (successfully employing a diverse group of hygienists, front & back office staff) AND chronic pain. In a world where our medical personnel are overworked and over stressed, Dr John Glennon stand out above them all. If I could mark Dr Glennon as a primary care physician I would. Instead I'll just encourage you to become a patient of Austin Dental Center and enjoy the same experiences I have for 30 plus years!"

"Really unhappy with this place. Every dentist I've ever been to charges a flat rate for a cleaning. This dentist tried to charge me an extra $65 for a 5-minute visit from the dentist IN ADDITION TO their already high rate for cleaning. I've let them know I disagree with this bill ($65 for 5 minutes of time is outrageous and I certainly didn't agree to it before they charged it, nor did they let me know they were going to charge this ahead of time), but they charged it anyway. I am now going to Northwest Hills Smiles again, which charges a fair rate for a cleaning, and doesn't charge any extra for a quick "hello" from a dentist as part of the cleaning. Stay away from this dishonest place. I've also let my orthodontist know about my bad experience here so hopefully they will stop referring clients to this practice."

"I literally cannot rave more about this Dentist office, and not just Dentist Glennon, but the entire team. Associate Dentist Dr. Thu Trinh and the Dental Assistant Maritza Spears were exceptional at not just what they were doing, but making you feel right at home. By the time everything was done, it more-so felt like a casual encounter with friends rather than your "classic" Dentist appointment. Would highly recommend."

"Me and my daughter were both patients of Austin Dental for many many years and due to our insurance changes we had to change. My daughter started going there when she was fairly little, I'm thinking they were her first dentist (if memory serves me correctly) .. so for a young child having strangers and funky looking things poking around in her mouth, they made it so super easy for her & she was NOT at all scared. Always friendly from the front staff all the way up to the man himself... :) I would HIGHLY recommend this practice for anyone looking for a new dental office.
