"I love going to this specific location for my haircuts! I almost always go to Sharon who is such a warm and kind person. She takes such good care of her customers and my hair always comes out beautiful and healthy. She is the absolute best and I cannot recommend both her and this location enough!!"

"Lady with the short hair was having a moment. She was rude and argumentative towards me infront of my 2 children and another customer 7 year old child. She complained about me being difficult to the other worker that cut my kids hair. I was confused and let her ranting go but she kept eyeballing me as she would pass me so the 3rd time she did it, yes I called her out and had to set her strait. I was also working on a Saturday, as she complained that she and her coworker was stuck working that Saturday. I hope management review the video footage and correct how business is done at this facility. I paid $24 for my 14 year old and 9 year old. $48 and my kids left with hair all over them, she got mad that I asked for her to wiped off the hair and to edge up my son's front. 1/29/23 Of bell st, Amarillo"

"I went in to have my head shaved since it was falling out due to chemo. I was an emotional wreck, I really enjoyed my blue hair--it was part of my identity. But I knew I couldn't do this on my own, so I went to a hair salon to get the dirty done. Definitely needed compassionate people and I did get that. My stylist handled me and my hair delicately. She gave me a discount card to come back for a pixie cut when my hair grows back. I'll definitely be back. I wasn't treated like a human being not an assignment. Cash and card accepted. It was early in the day so I didn't wait long to get with the only hairstylist they had there."
