"this was the first time i ever had a great experience at the dentist!! I get major dentist anxiety and they kept me informed and involved with everything they were doing. they also offered nitrous for my cleaning, which was very helpful in calming my anxiety. Highly recommend going here!!"

"Very disorganized, poorly trained, and unprofessional. On my first visit it took 3 different technicians to figure out how to operate their x-ray machines and they had to redo almost every x-ray at least 2-3 different times. After that they spent a while to find supplies, promised nitrous only to say oh nevermind we ran out of nitrous. Then rushed through my cleaning and on the way out gave me someone else's prescriptions. On my second visit they had me wait for at least 30-45 minutes in between my cleaning but at least they let the nitrous keep running, lol. I didn't mind that part but then my cleaning was rushed again to the point I had to ask if they may have skipped some of my teeth. Now I have called there office at least 3 times to simpIy get a refill on my toothpaste prescription. I played the messenger between pharmacist and office because they did not call it in.I am frustrated to the point I am switching dentists now. Would not recommend this dentist office!"

"I’m someone who hates going to the dentist and it still makes me nervous. But this is the best dental place I’ve ever been. The dentist I had (I think Dr. Ranganathan?) is the nicest dentist I’ve ever had, and relays information directly but kindly. Great service from the front desk too!"

"Everyone is nice but after waiting for an hour my teeth cleaning felt rushed. I'm used to having cleaning done by a dental hygienist who takes their time and is somewhat gentle during the procedure. But to my surprise the Dr did the cleaning and he was a bit too aggressive for my liking. I understand they are understaffed but I'll go somewhere else unless the hire some dental hygienist by the time my next cleaning comes around."

"My first appointment with Dr. Ramanathan and her team was amazing! I was blown away by her communication and willingness to explain in detail what she recommended and why. I am super grateful for her and her team. I went to River Rock dental for a 2nd opinion and general cleaning. I had another well known dentist office tell me that I needed a more expensive cleaning and also told me shocking news about my dental hygiene. This well know office made me feel bullied and pressured into spending more money because they told me it’s what was needed. I’m so glad I decided to get an 2nd option. After explain my experience to Dr. R and her team they weren’t quick to judge and I felt like her option was honest. They ended up saving me money!!! Dr. R was also able to help me with a long term annoying pain I had from the prior office. I’m 24-hrs in and have been pain free. I’m so glad to have booked my appointment with Dr. R and her team."
