"Dr. Taylor and her staff are so wonderful! I have gone here for several years… even after I moved 40 minutes away! I have always left happy & understood! Best dentist around!"
"I had a mixed experience with this dentist so I want to be thorough. The good: -very responsive via email & phone -receptionist made sure to double check they could accept my dental insurance through Ambetter -Dr. Taylor herself was very nice, informative, and attentive The weird: -The dental technician took about 50 x-rays of my teeth which was more than I’ve ever experienced compared to other dental offices. Felt like I got a bit over blasted from radiation because of that when the dentist looked at about 10 of them. -I didn’t specify that i wanted a cleaning included with the check up (again, in past experience, that’s implied/included). So I was asked to schedule the cleaning at a later date (which I did not for the reasons I’ll detail below). The bad: -The receptionists were pretty lax about wearing their masks. -THE DENTAL TECHNICIAN AND DENTIST WERE NOT WEARING MASKS WHEN I WALKED IN TO THE EXAM AREA. I’m sorry, I’m a vaccinated person and not the biggest worry wart about COVID-19, however, this is a DENTIST OFFICE. These people are literally going to hover over my open mouth and they apparently don’t think that’s cause for wearing a mask. Even if we weren’t still actively in a pandemic, that should be tables-takes at a DENTIST OFFICE. They did put on a mask AFTER I asked and told them I was uncomfortable. But I sensed a palpable awkwardness if not resentment after that. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this dentist."
"Honestly the absolute best dentist I've been to. I can't give enough praise to the ladies out front, they are incredibly sweet, helpful and really make you feel welcome. The staff as a whole is great, it's safe to say that the dentist is the last place I want to be, but I don't dread going to this one."
"I have been receiving dental services from Dr. Taylor for many years, and I recommend her to others. She is knowledgeable, skilled, and compassionate, and I trust that she works with me according to what would be in my best interest. If there are options, she helps me understand the pros/cons for each choice. This was my first experience with the new (to me) hygienist, and I don’t think my teeth have ever felt so clean and smooth. The office staff are also very friendly and helpful."
"I have been a patient since 1999; I have always enjoyed their customer service care and commitment. I am lucky, all of my visits have been preventative which required no dental work. Good office staff who treat you like a person, not a number."
