Venetian Nail On Western St

"Only asked for pedicure bc my nails never get done the way I want, after third time them asking I just said yeah to simple manicure. It was smeared and asked to fix during process tech messed up another nail and kept going over with clear coat like that would fix it. I’m clearly annoyed at this point and ask her to redo and instead of that repaints over it. I knew all the coats would cause problems so tried to put in the gel dryer to see if that would help. Came out ruined requested for paint to be removed off bc I was irritated by time wasted and how smeared they looked. She trying to say I could do shellac more $$$ and time, that’s a no for me, especially when my time is being wasted. They removed coat and didn’t ask to put on clear coat or repaint. I just left it like that and decided to ask for 10 percent off my price bc I go there all the time expecting they would do it and the lady who did my nails caught an attitude. The other with her told me no that they could repaint or do clear coat at that point. I just stated it’s ok bc it was a waste of my time at that point it should have been offered before I requested 10 percent. This exactly why I don’t want my nails done bc it never comes out how I want them, waste of money. I won’t be back."

"I had an amazing experience at Venetian Nails on Western. I had Hai do my nails and he was SO GENTLE!!! He was in no rush at all and he gave me nails that looked very natural. This was the least painful manicure I've ever had. Everyone has been either in a hurry or just didn't care. I HIGHLY recommend you request Hai. He's been doing this for a very long time!"

"I haven’t been to a nail salon in over 3 years and I was quickly reminded why. I showed a picture of exactly how I wanted my nails and was told they could do it but they look horrible and nothing like the picture. I asked if he wanted to see the picture again and he said no they will look fine. Now I’m stuck with hideous nails and $50.00 less. The first picture is what they did and the second is what I wanted."
