"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They will send you random bills even after a couple of years from the visit. I went for a routine checkup and cleaning in Dec 2022. They are not helpful in resolving the issues with the billing even after calling and writing emails multiple times. The claim they sent to the insurance used the address (1612 E William Cannon), but this location is also registered with another address (6405 S Int 35 Ste E). Though the doctor was in-network with my insurance, my claim got denied because of the different address. I visited the clinic asking them to resolve this issue; nothing happened. I wrote emails to the billing department; nothing happened. I called multiple times; nothing happened. Now in 2024, they are sending me bills to pay. I called again to get clarification about the itemized bill, and their response was "WE DON'T PROVIDE AN ITEMIZED BILL." They just told me what was not covered by my insurance. This way of operating, not providing an itemized bill, looks like a shady business practice to me."

"Update: After several calls to the call center and to Evelyn in Austin location - no clear response or verification of the insurance was done. I am definitely not coming back. Wasted nearly an hour sorting the out. Going with river rock dental. Process was simple and fast. The appointment setter/receptionist Evelyn is the main reason for this review. The first time, she got all my details and when I showed up for the appointment, she said it is not in the system. The second time, she left me a message asking for my insurance contact number and I did not respond because I missed that message. When I showed up, she said she had to reschedule. She could have sent a message or voice mail saying the appointment has to be rescheduled. That way I wouldn’t have showed up in the first place. Terrible experience. I will update my review after I take the treatment. I really want to see if they can do a better job."
