"I really love my dentist here, so I hate to leave a bad review, but the front desk and hygiene team really drop the ball time after time. There was one time that I scheduled an appointment with the front desk. Apparently she forgot to add it to their schedule. When I came later for my appointment, they couldn’t find it. Fortunately, the woman who had spoken with me before about scheduling the appointment was there still, and she remembered me and made sure that they put me on the schedule. However, I waited over an hour until I was even seen by a dentist or technician. If I had been told that there would be over an hour wait just to start the procedure, I would have rescheduled for another day. Instead, they just pushed me in to the schedule after having failed to add my appointment appropriately. They made a mistake, and then unfairly wasted my time without my consent. Because I love my dentist here, regrettably I came back. The hygienist team is weak. She was supposed to floss my teeth, and she only got the floss through about half of my teeth, and didn’t really floss, she would just go in and out as quick as possible. I paid additional for the fluoride. The hygienist was equally inadequate in her application of fluoride as she was in flossing. She put it on half my teeth and told me it’s done. I tried to speak with the front desk about the bad hygienist, and all I got was an apology. I really get the sense that customers are not appreciated here. If the support staff could do a better job, it wouldn’t be so bad."

"Dr. Choi and staff are absolutely lovely. The overall environment is welcoming, and everyone is extremely friendly. They’ve been accommodating when I had to come in for a last minute issue with my temporary crown fell out accidentally. They’ve taken the time to thoroughly explain treatment plans and have the option for a payment plan. If you’re wary of doctors offices, I would strongly recommend seeing Dr. Choi as she will make you feel comfortable and make sure you’re okay during your dental procedure."

"I've been here twice now. Best dental experiences I've had! The staff are kind and the doctor is knowledgeable and willing to spend as much time with you as you need. Gentle hygienists and a thorough job. They even gave my daughter a balloon at the end, which she was very excited about!"
