"Review from a new Swish patient - You know it's bad when even my insurance advised me to, "proceed with caution, as it seems they provided you with false information." Don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews like I was. Swish Dental is shady and misleading. Pretty advertising and posh offices is what you might see from the outside, but proceed with caution. They provide false estimates, without ever contacting your insurance to actually verify a pre-estimate. Long story short, I now owe the $1500 they told me my insurance would cover. Chris, office manager, quick to get you to sign up for a care plan without any explanation or painting a clear picture of the documentation they are providing. Had I known the estimate they provided me was in fact not an accurate one i.e. not directly from my insurance, I would have contacted my insurance on my own. I trusted them. And am now locked in to a very expensive care plan, owing what my insurance won't cover. Don't make the same mistake. Be advised the individuals presenting the care plans are not billing specialists and if it's anything like my experience, they are offering information to trap patients into an expensive care plan, without any basis or accurate information from your insurance. I was also rushed to make my decision, as "special promotion ends next week." I should have known better and hope this review helps others avoid this nightmare. They are hiding behind the word "estimate," and are now conveniently not returning my phone calls or texts. Do yourself a favor and don't get involved with this practice, no patient deserves to be tricked and deceived by a clinical practice for their own profit."

"Swish dental is the best. I’ve been with this dentist for 4 years and every time I go there to have my cleaning done they do a very good job. I just had my 2 front teeth fixed and they looked amazing. I really recommend this place to any one who would like to have their teeth done. Dr. Lee is the best."

I feel like they know me. They use great technology, share a variety of options for any kind of treatment (so I never feel like I’m being forced to do one thing), and have gentle cleaning practices. The hygienist I have seen both times (Dulce) is great at her job as well as such a nice person."
