"I have two children. 4 and 2 years of age. We have been patients since my eldest was 6 months old with teeth. Their visits are very informative. Quick. Fast. And they are super supportive of my eldest who is autistic. The whole staff is kind and patient. No rush. Plus the whole office decor is amazing, including the rooms where there are interactive toys for kids to play and be distracted with, whole the adults talk after the exam. We love south but make the commute every 6 months for our kiddos. Wouldn't go anywhere else."

"We made an appointment last September for today, October 24th. We received an SMS this morning reminding us about it. However, when we arrived, it was closed 'due to a system update'—there was no prior warning, only a couple of phone numbers with no one answering the calls. This experience was very unprofessional. We are now unsure whether to reschedule here, especially after reading some other reviews. It is really unsettling that most of the 5-star reviews are written by people with fewer than 10 total reviews."

"We enjoyed Dr. Singleton’s dentistry up until we had encountered a dental emergency. We were told that they make no room for emergencies unless they are booked 2 months out. No problem, who could they refer to resolve the issue? The response, “We are unable to refer you to any other dental practice…. We often are the ones to receive referrals but do not recommend anyone else.” We were shocked. We were also denied the ability to speak with Dr. Singleton since he is so busy. I’m not sure if this is a reflection of Dr. Singleton himself or his admin staff. We loved the way he talked to the children and explained things, but his admin staff are not as friendly. We found another great practice that takes emergencies seriously and saw us within the week. If you would like their information to refer clients to during emergencies, I would be happy to provide it. Unfortunately we have decided to proceed with the other practice for all of our dental needs."
