"Wife had emergent pain in one tooth and it was a Friday so googled dentist offices open on Saturday. I found this office through search and on their website had opening the following morning on Saturday and also had marketing in their website $49 for Emergency visit and X-ray (for new customers). We made the appointment and even in appointment details description put the special pricing we saw online. She arrived at appointment 10 minutes early, office looked nice and greeted but delay in exam bc X-Ray machine wasn’t starting. No big deal as we know things happen. It finally started working, 1 X-ray taken, dentist said nothing emergent and can be handled in a followup comprehensive exam later with “ more detailed x-rays”. So no intervention was done. She went to checkout and was billed for almost 4x the advertised price, $190! When she brought up what they advertised ($49) the front person said “that’s only if we x-ray one tooth”. Are you kidding me?? My wife very clearly said she only had one painful tooth and they never told her “well we are going to x-ray more than one tooth”, plus at all the other dentist we have been to we have never seen an x-ray of just one tooth. My wife didn’t want to argue and just paid it but definitely a bait and switch tactic and false advertising! We will not be going back and will advise anyone else who is a cash payer to not go either due to their unethical sales tactics."

My hygienist was very good at her job and very friendly (Jennifer). The dentist (Dr. Duden) was really nice, explained everything to me on what I need to have done with my teeth, very friendly and approachable. Overall it was a great experience!"
