"The Dentist and his dental staff are great. Office staff need to know how to schedule appointments. But when I called and scheduled me and my wife’s dental appointment months ago they called the same week of the appointment and canceled me and my wife’s appointments we had made for the same day. We have been going there for 4 years. I would have to wait months again for both me and my wife to go to the dentist together for our cleaning and exam. I explained that we have only one car and that I have to schedule days off in advance to accommodate my leave because we need to go together. And I got a voicemail saying if you find another dentist we will forward the info to them."
