"Worst dentist ever. He , Dr Amsili, caused problems with my teeth. They charged me for peri dental treatment when it was just the dental hygienist. He caused problems that I didn’t have. He insisted I needed crowns when my gums were weak. Then both crowns came out while eating . He sucks. I have changed dentist, but they will probably charge more too. No regulations with dentists. I have the paperwork to report him to the Dental Board."

"In about 3 weeks a go I'm was there by appointment it was good experience meet very polite person's start for from desk and the best part I'm don't have to drive so far to long because is near me it's very convenient for me."

"Unfortunately there is more BAD than good with this dental group. I was over charged a little over $700 and I've been trying to get a refund for now over 90 days. They are good to charge for the incorrect services then at this point all I can think is they want to scam people out of money if you don't know any better. I have called numerous of times and sent email with no response. On top of them avoid not giving me my refund, My 1st impression at the North office was bad. As I sat waiting over an hour to be seen all you could hear was the gossip from the employees talking about other Co-worker. It's ashame because I really liked the employees at the South Austin location."

"This is from my personal experience and like any other business, it all depends on time and date when you visit the clinic. I didn’t give Omni Dental 5 starts because honestly it’s frustrating to wait 20 minutes to be seen by your dentist especially when you arrive 10 minutes early. I dislike the waiting room, there’s usually a lot of people and I end up waiting a lot. However, I keep coming back for the people. The staff is always in credibly friendly and helpful, I particularly love Dr. Sama and his assistant. I have been seeing him for years and will continue to keep coming back for him! I think the front waiting area could use a remodel and it would be perfect! The staff is honestly worth it in my opinion!"

"Never have I ever been to such an unprofessional facility before. We were referred to this place by my children's general dentist. She needed to have a root canal. Lady at the front desk was rude. She asked me for the referral, which I told her our dentist office had faxed it over. She then proceeded to say it was the patients responsibility to bring it. I told her back in the same tone it was faxed over. She didn't even look but said she didn't get it. Lies! I called my daughters dentist and that lady said it was sent over. She called to tell them. A few minutes later the rude lady then said we have the referral. My response to that was yes I know. This office is old and have outdated equipment. Once we were called back we waited for an hr. The doctor literally was standing right next to our little section for a while. I said out loud to my daughter I'm giving them 30 minutes and we are going to leave. He then said it will be 10-15 minutes. When he finally decided to stop walking and forth, he came to me and said they are going to get started but that I needed to wait in the waiting room. My response was no I am not going to the waiting room. My daughter is a minor. This place was new to us. The first of it all did not leave a good impression on me. Like hell I was going to leave her in there alone. I told him again no I was not leaving. So I got up and said thanks for wasting my time and we packed up to leave. He was saying something else but honestly I didn't care. I do not recommend this place at all. They are the worst. Rudest people I've never came across."
