"Short staffed, Dont call you back when you were already approved a week ago. They knew my tooth was about to break but never call back never follow up with approvals will wait weeks and then want you to come into 4 appts over 2 weeks how is someone suposed to work and have a job. Taking my 4 crowns thats 8000 in dental work somewhere else. No thank you Disrespectfull Need full office fired and start over new and train them. For god sakes i called this place 4 weeks straigt never spoke to same person. Said well call you back nobody ever did not once in over 5 calls to them. Piss poor."
