"I had my 1st exam at this office on 2/22/23. Leslie cleaned my teeth and Dr. Watson did the exam. I chose this dentist b/c he's in network with my insurance. I verified this on Cigna's website AND with the office before I ever scheduled the appointment (by emailing the office the front & back of my insurance card). Now 1.5 weeks later I received an EOB saying I owe $261. I called Cigna & they said it's b/c the dentist is out of network and that the claim was filed with a dentist named Dr. Glen Wilson. I have no idea who that is as I met Dr. Randal Watson and that's who did my exam. He's the ONLY dentist listed on their website so the whole thing is very strange and I'm NOT happy! If Vista Ridge Dental doesn't know how to file claims properly with THEIR dentist, this is a sad state of affairs & they will lose my business."

"Highly personalized care from Dr. Watson and his entire staff. We had a dental emergency and Dr. Watson was extremely quick to respond and get us scheduled for treatment. Gave us a clear plan of everything that needed to be done and set priorities so that we could schedule as needed. Everyone in the office is extremely personable and friendly. definitely recommend!"

"Highly recommend. Dr. Watson goes above and beyond to take care of you. He helped my 12 year old son in an emergency type of situation. My son cracked his tooth and was in a lot of pain. They quickly took an X-ray and then painlessly removed it. Finances were not a concern as they genuinely seemed interested in focusing on taking care of my son. They were very reasonable and even generous in that regards. We felt comfortable with the whole process the entire time. Thankfully, it turned it out it was one of his few remaining baby tooth so a happy ending too."
