"Over-priced, low-value... I had to pay both upfront as I walked out of the office as well as a separate bill a month later that they did not provide a reasonable estimate for since they did not take my insurance (bad faith referral from my original dentist). The doctor had to consult multiple others since they were not confident about my case. And this was before even going through a procedure which I mercifully did not do. Caveat emptor. Stay away."

"I was in a pickle and needed a same day root canal. Pain was incredibly unbearable and the staff were super kind to get me in within a few hours. I have experienced five root canals in my life and Dr. Bickel is on a whole other level. The Novocain injections were painless and the procedure was over way faster than any I had previously experienced. First off, to be clear, no one “wants” a root canal, and I am not overstating it to say that this was the best one I have had in my life. Already recommended him to my immediate family.
