"These guys are so professional!! Extremely detailed & thorough. I take them all my vehicles, and they're always honest and direct. Vehicles come back clean and without oil/grease stains commonly an issue at other shops. So far, they have fixed for me: 2019 Ford Raptor - Cam phasers & timing components (Did work under extended warranty, not many shops will) 2001 Tahoe - EVAP system, brakes, and tune-up 2012 Buick Rendezvous - warped head/blown motor diagnostic."
"Totally trustworthy. Very reasonable prices. They let you know what should be done and what can wait. They don't upsell just to make profit. They are part of the community and service reflects that"
"BUSTED! ON 9/20/23 my daughter and I dropped my vehicle off for a simple oil change. Approximately 1 hour later sitting at a red light at 1431&Lohmans Ford Rd (Lago Vista, Tx) my vehicle that I had just dropped off 3 miles behind me is cruising thru MY light! I couldn't believe my eyes but... To make a long story short.. he said they sometimes do have to drive a customers vehicle to his home at Arkansas Bend area(another 8 miles)because he sometimes has better equipment at his "simi" other shop. So what happens if you wreck??? I am so disappointed. This was just an oil change and I wasn't even compensated for my gas. Guess I should be thankful he didn't wreck. Don't take your vehicle here unless it needs a joy ride."
"We had a vehicle that was experiencing overheating issues when carrying a load. After using our OBD scanner, we diagnosed the problem to be a potential vacuum leak. However, when we were due to bring in the vehicle for inspection, the repair shop called us to reschedule due to their busy schedule. While this was inconvenient, it wasn't a significant issue. We relayed what our OBD scanner had detected, mentioning specifically that the overheating issue only occurred under load. We offered to bring our trailer for them to use in replicating the problem. We also expressed to them our time constraints. They assured us that it would not be a problem and promised to do their best. Regrettably, their "best" effort resulted in our vehicle being left untouched for a full week. They then informed us that their OBD scanners could not read our vehicle. However, we had brought our own OBD scanner to their repair shop. Upon testing it on our car at their facility, we ascertained that it was working perfectly fine. Despite presenting them with this solution, the owner flatly refused to work on our vehicle. When we asked for an explanation, they persisted that their scanners wouldn't work on it. The owner then stated they didn't have a load to test the vehicle, even though we had previously offered to provide our trailer. The conversation concluded abruptly with the owner stating, "Well, you can just work on it then. I'm the owner and I can do what I want." I asked, "Just to clarify, you're unable to work on the vehicle because your OBD readers aren't working? Yet, we brought one that does work and is available for you to use and despite our offer to bring our trailer for load testing, you're stating the lack of load as a reason?" In response, all he reiterated was, "I am the owner, I can do what I want. You need to leave." Following some intense arguments, we decided to leave as soon as we received our key. Unfortunately, it turned out that the owner had misplaced it and ended up spending the next 20 minutes attempting to locate it. We eventually left, filled with frustration, especially as we lacked the time to take our vehicle to another mechanic. Consequently, we have now been stuck with the additional cost of having to rent a vehicle, as well as having to seek a different mechanic to examine our vehicle upon our return. I suspect that this repair shop is prone to saying 'yes' on the phone just to draw you in. However, if they find the job too taxing or if they are unable to fix it, they may resort to telling lies such as "Our OBD can't read it." I believe they prefer to prioritize easier, more profitable work over complex tasks."
"I have never trusted anyone before with my H2 other than the dealer. I heard good things and took my H2 and they fixed problems pretty reasonably. They warranty their work!"
