"Honestly very dissatisfied the hair dresser cut my hair way to short and I showed her a picture of what I wanted below. And she cut my hair slicked back and cut it way to short didn’t listen to a thing I said"

"I'm horribly disappointed. I'm a college student and was saving up to get my hair done but now I need to spend another 100 at another salon to get this fixed. Hair looks absolutely nothing like the picture I showed her. I asked for a gradiant with light brown highlights. Instead I got this streaky hair with random lines and yellow patches. The lighting in the salon was bad so I couldn't properly see it but as soon as I got to my car I looked in the mirror and started crying. I should've asked for a refund. Jennifer did my hair and she was perfectly nice and interesting to talk to, but this is just awful"

"Jennifer absolutely ruined my hair!! I went asking for a double process job. I told her the bleach was getting hot and itchy. She instead shrugged said it was fine and walked off. I trusted her judgement so I waited. It started to burn and I could not find her. Once she finally came back I asked her for a rinse since the burning was now unbearable. She laughed and said I still needed to wait. Finally when she rinsed I told her I couldn't feel my scalp. She said it was fine. She continued to add toner to my hair which again burned. My hair is not anywhere near blonde, its orange and falling out my scalp is peeling off in chunks too! She yelled at me and said that was expected!"

"My mom and I went and got our hair cut, my mom got teal streaks and they ended up being emerald green and her hair was shorter than she wanted. I had asked for a small trim and a little bit of layers, I that part went well, then I decided to get it colored a purple and blue peekaboo so we made an appointment a few days later. The picture I showed her was light-ish blue on the top and fading into purple at the bottom. The resulted ended up being blue on the top and way dark blue on the bottom. But besides the color mistakes, Jennifer was super nice and I really loved my ending result! Definitely recomend her :)"
