"Nobody greeted me which is always unpleasant. The store was DUSTY everything had dust on top of it with none of the few employees actually cleaning or dusting to improve the presentation. Hairstylists sitting in the salon instead of converting shoppers to salon clients(like they're supposed to!) or helping the MANY shoppers looking through the many hair products & potions. Not to mention the employee that checked me out seemed flustered by the job and rushed my transaction and called for the next person before I could gather my bag and wallet to head for the door. I won't be back to this location EVER"

"Jessica is extremely knowledgeable and helpful every time I see her there! She not only is a great help with tarte products but many other brands and has years of experience! She is amazing with makeup and product knowledge. She goes above and beyond to help with anything she can or will find the help needed!"

"Manager was very helpful , so were the ladies checking out in the front. Was greeted and attended to immediately, mostly everything I needed was in stock and the item that wasn’t , was ordered and shipped for free to my home. Thank you for being super friendly and professional"

"I’m so annoyed with Ulta! I placed an order in the store and once it shipped (the next day) I was charged again. I’ve called and spoke to several different people, several different times. They told me it was a known issue that if you place an order in the store once the item shipped you were charged again. It’s been almost a month and the money was posted out of my account, it isn’t pending. They told me they would expedite a refund within 24/48 hours, 4 days ago!! I called again today and now they’re telling me I have to contact my bank. I will NOT be shopping there again. Also, just to add this last time I called I asked for a supervisor twice and never got one."
