"My entire experience with Dr. Cain (or Curtis, as he introduced himself) was fantastic. I came to him with a unique situation that I wasn't sure an oral surgeon could help with, but I had to try nonetheless. He listened patiently while I told him my story without interrupting (in fact, I interrupted *him* a couple times...sorry about that). He then did some imaging, and we looked at the picture of my suspected problem area together. He explained everything, and fortunately (or unfortunately, depending on how you view it), the area looked perfectly normal. Suspecting this outcome and having heard through the grapevine that he at least might have some names to give me, I asked in regard to next steps. He delivered with two other specialists to try. On top of everything he did and all the time he spent with me, he didn't even charge me for the consultation, which was unexpected and extremely generous. His demeanor was kind and relaxed throughout the appointment, and it felt more like having a casual conversation with a friend than visiting an oral surgeon. That put me at ease, and needless to say I'll definitely be back if my situation changes."
