It is not every often you find a company, organization, group or small/large business that treats your right, communicates, does great work and is humble/honest. My F150 was dented pretty bad on this last hail storm and I went out on a limb coming out here based on other Google reviews. I was flat out blown away with the customer service. I’ve worked with dozens of automotive companies and this has been the best one so far. Hands down, best communicators I’ve ever dealt with. They also stood up for me with insurance adjuster. We all had to meet together to go over the damage. Lets just say the A-state people where being insurance adjusters… They even brought my truck to me when it was done (due to a scheduling issue I couldn't get out there), went above and beyond on the work when I had a few concerns (which I would have let go), but they insisted on making everything at par or better then it came in. Please take your vehicle for repairs. If you think this might be a fake review… have a laugh at how hard I bash terrible companies on my other reviews. I rarely take the time to give a good review on decent/did your job and you get a cookie. This deserves my repeat business, my neighbors, friends and family."

House of Dents is a family-owned business run by Matt and Lori, and they are professional, friendly, thorough, and do outstanding work. When I picked up my car after the repairs had been completed, the car had been washed, waxed, vacuumed, and it looked like a new car - there was no evidence of it having been in a hailstorm.
