"Our 2016 Jayco Seneca 37FS (Super C) experienced water damage and had some other maintenance that needed to be performed. The water damage created some "soft spots" in a few areas of the RV. After reading horror stories on the internet, we feared the potential costs that we were about to encounter and really didn't know the right path forward. We feel very fortunate to have discovered Motivated RV. We live in an age where customer service is virtually non-existent. I can't express how refreshing it was to deal with Bryan, Susie, Barbie and team. They helped advise us on our options, always kept us updated on status and **cough** actually answered the phone each and every time we made a call to them. Five star customer service! The work they performed was fantastic. The cost for their work was very reasonable. You never want to experience issues like this, but when you do, it's nice to have a competent and professional team to help get you through it, get your rig repaired and return it to you in a timely manner with quality workmanship. They did all of the above and more. Our water damage was more extensive than we knew. They took pictures of the damage and took extra care to add reinforcement beams to the subfloor that's well above and beyond what the manufacturer provided, and wasn't something we ever would have expected them to do. They just did it. It's clear to me that they take pride in their work. When we took our RV in, it felt like we were about to experience a sunk cost -- something you pay money to fix and don't really get anything out of it. But that's not the outcome we received. Instead, we picked up an RV that looks better and more modern (floor selection) than the RV we dropped off. And the quality of the floor is substantially better than the thin laminate floor that was replaced. Very durable too! The estimate they provided prior to us dropping off the RV was the same amount we paid for those items upon completion of work. We had them do a couple additional repairs and those were equally reasonable in price. If you're experiencing any issue with your RV and are located within a few hours of Dripping Springs, TX, we highly encourage you to check them out. "This business continues to remove my, and several others, Fair and Accurate reviews from ratings and has family and friends posting 5 star fake reviews to inaccurately improve their rank. Speaks volumes about a business when they will post false reviews and report and hide real ones! They made an honest mistake that turned into an absolute nightmare. They added a new screw to our engine cover which they put through the main wiring harness. They then tried to fix the mistake by spending a week doing even more damage. In the end this company refused to take responsibility for the damage or cover the repair bill from the new shop that spent nearly 6 weeks trying to track down all the damage they caused. We drove 2000 miles to get to them but had to be towed out of their lot so I will let you decide who you think was at fault. After 6 weeks on another shops lot and an $8,000 repair bill to fix all the damage they caused we were finally able to get back on the road. Avoid at all cost! Response to Company: ------------------------------------- I did not hire this company for a complete remodel, they were hired to put in new floors and paint the walls and engine cover. These services were performed very poorly. We planned to give them 4 days to complete the work but they insisted they only needed 2 days, we did not ask for the short turnaround. We rented a cabin in town so we would not be there when the work was being done. Unfortunately, they damaged our home and since we are full timers we asked if we could sleep in it at night. Every day we left the premises the moment they arrived and did not return until after 5 or when we needed to be there to discuss next steps."
