"I’m very flabbergasted by the service. We initially called because we were locked out of our car. The first agent we called told us the cost was $75, then a second agent called us to tell us a technician would be sent out. Then the technician called us and stated a much higher price. Couple minutes later, we called to cancel because we found another set of keys. The technician had not arrived and was not in the vicinity, yet he called and said we still owed a fee for driving. This was not communicated before (from agents or techs) and he started screaming obscenities at me over the phone. Then when we called the agent to tell them about our canceling, they told us it was fine and that we didn’t owe anything. Overall, this is an incredibly unprofessional and unorganized service. This company feels very deceptive and does not clearly communicate pricing."
