"Very slow service. Took them 5-10 min to even tell us "be there with you shortly ". Another 5 min after, then 10-15 min to get our food when only one car was in front. Vehicles behind us left due to the wait. Not only that but they forgot the French toast in our order. The rating at this place is very telling. Whoever operates this BK must not care about their operation."

"manager working drive thru took my order wrong and became aggravated when i corrected him about my order. if you don’t like your job then quit!"

"Horrible service. Came in at 7:58AM to have coffee and breakfast. The manager denied me service because he was the only person working. He wanted me to get back in my truck and go through drive thru. Really?! Told them just give me coffee then. Said they don't have coffee. Smh!"

"I arrived to pick up a mobile order which they were completely unaware of. I waited for 15 minutes at a table and no one ever called my number. I went up to the counter and asked where my order was. It had been sitting in the bag for a few minutes and then she started looking for the pie. They stated they were out, then a lady shouted from the dining room that there was more in the walk in cooler. I assumed she was the manager. The cook and counter girl went to check in the back but they were too busy locking each other in the walk in and playing around. There’s a reason why all Burger King’s in the RGV are always empty. The restaurant was dirty and there was literally only one other person there. Their playground still remains closed after COVID. Their management clearly doesn’t care about how the dining room looks for guests coming in. If you don’t care about your business just shut it down."

"Food is consistently as good as any other Burger King. Has been recently updated. Relatively clean dining area considering how busy this location is. Small play area for the kids is available and there is a TV area that is very quiet compared to the rest of the venue. Note: The internet does not consistently function. When it does it's very slow. Only big negative is the bathrooms. Pretty funky. (I think a lot of folks who are not customers use it.) Convenient Location: Right off Expressway 83 and next to HEB and an IBC Bank."
