"I had an emergency starter replacement needed. CrossTech was awesome and was able to replace my starter fast. I called on a Thursday night just before closing and I was able to drop my truck off that night. They even offered to stay late until I was able to get there. The next morning by 9:30 my truck was able to go. They also found my reading low on my battery, but I let them know it was still under warranty at O’Reilly. They called O’Reilly for me and changed that out also under warranty!!! Amazing customer service. The people there are great, and the communication throughout the whole process was fantastic also. I will definitely use them in the future!!! I Highly recommended."
