"I brought two vehicles within a six months. 2011 Impala and a 2013 Chrysler 200 both of the cars engine no good. I brought a motor John never provided me the receipt and claimed he didn’t keep the records in the office which I find strange because if you do business the receipt and records should be at the office after countless times of asking for the receipt I still have not received the documents. I took the Chrysler back and dropped off to fix that car 15,000 which is more than the car. I recommend not buying vehicles from this lot he don’t check the cars or he has someone who working on them and don’t know what they’re doing at all. I know for a fact he didn’t buy another motor he used my money to try and rebuild and whoever worked on it is not a true auto guy. If one can’t provide a receipt it’s shady . I have things in process now get this situation fix. Don’t buy from them period ."

"I had an appointment today and older man was incredibly rude. I should’ve got his name. The lady at the front desk was very sweet, I was nothing but polite to both. My mom noticed too the smart alec responses to me when I asked him questions. He needs to work on his people skills. Not sure if he was having a bad day or what but the way he spoke to us(at one point shooing us away like dogs while waiting for further instructions)was very disrespectful and unacceptable."

"After being recommended to them, I have bought 2 cars from them. The first one I had for over 6 months and the engine light NEVER once came on. It was a great car! I ended up flooding that vehicle out but was able to get another one through them within a week! I love love my new suv! I have had it now for about 2 months and it is in excellent condition! Everyone there is so nice to my husband and I. We have never had any issues with them. John helped us handle the insurance claim with no problems.
