Sam helped me out a lot and was very communicative during the process (updating me often). The car was fixed quick and looked new! Very pleased with the service!"

"I read the reviews to determine which body shop to pick. The date of completion was set back three multiple times for me.Pushed ten business days total. Every time I called I would have to leave a voicemail and I never received a call back. I wouldn’t receive text messages with answers to my questions until two business days. The reviews says communication was great and they received their car early, that’s great for them. Just wasn’t my experience. I can tell my car had work done, it doesn’t look like I just drove it off the lot. The gap on the trunk is proof of that. I know it can’t be perfect and since it’s a 2023 parts take longer to obtain. So I went with 4 stars. The hit was on the rear right hand side of the car."
