"I’ve been pleased with the quality of work Blackhawk dental has provided. I’ve had a porcelain crown and several fillings done here. I had chipped my front lower tooth and was concerned but not necessarily in pain. I called to schedule an appointment to fix my tooth and for a regular checkup . The dentist examined my mouth and left to work on another patient. The receptionist presented the treatment plan for my signature I refused since the broken tooth was not included!. The tooth in question had shattered about 25 years ago eating fish. The dentist I was seeing then had matched the shade perfectly to my tooth color it was hard to tell it was a filling. After I refused the receptionist went to let hem know why I was refusing after going back and forth several times he finally came to talk with me. He said that he would not do it because it wouldn’t work, I couldn’t understand because it had lasted 25 years. I don’t think he believed me, I told him that I had the piece that fell out in my hand when it happened. He asked me if I had the piece!!! I don’t know why he’d ask me that surely he wasn’t going to attempt glueing it back on. He then said the insurance wouldn’t pay, I told him I didn’t care I would pay for it myself. I wasn’t about to walk around with a broken tooth, I was appalled! He finished with his patient then came in for my treatment, he did fix my broken tooth but told me he would not fix it if it came off. That was such an awkward and weird experience."

"I want to thank the doctor and staff at Blackhawk Dental. Tuesday morning I went in with a broken tooth. I had no appointment . I told them about my broken tooth. I waited 20 min. I was seen by the doctor and he took care of my tooth and on my way. I was so please and they were all so nice . It was an awesome day. Thank you to everyone. I will tell everyone to go to Blackhawk They are the best."

"Let me brag about Blackhawk Dental real quick. First off let me say once I walked into the building I felt very much at ease and the lady at the front desk was so polite and knowledgeable. I didn't have to wait long before being called to the back to get my x-ray done. The cleaning was painless and quick. Dr. Nguyen had so much patience. The office was very clean and the hospitality was on point."
