McDonald's 5220 North MacArthur Boulevard, Irving, TX 75039

"They will rip u off, I brought a sausage mc muffin. And was charged 4.99. Remind u I eat at mc Donald’s every morning. So when I went to this location I notice my ticket was different. I looked and I saw 4.99 for the Sandwich. The sausage, egg, cheese, mc muffin is 4.99 and that’s what’s was on my receipt. She just took off the eggs and cheese. Which wasn’t right. I went and told that lady inside she said I was wrong but I looked at the menu and my mobile app and it was 2.99. I just asked for my money back cause I’m it crazy! I kno what I pay every morning. So watch your receipt cause they will try to get down!"

"Well most of my visits, over the last year were fine. However the last couple times I've been there one of the Hispanic ladies that works in the morning time tells me that I cannot change my phone, and I can't stay as long time, Puzzled , because I never spend more than 30 minutes, when I challenge her by asking "when do i ever stay along time?" Unfortunately she barely speaks English so ??. I really believe she thinks I'm a different homeless person I guess all white people look the same"

"It's McDonald's, you already know what you're getting. Sub par food that tastes good cause it's loaded with salt, fat and sugar until it comes off as satisfying. They train on the idea that fries are only good to hold for 7 minutes and only 30% of the fries that go out are in that window in any McDonald's I've ever been to."

"Breakfast at this location is generally pretty good but lunch and after just sucks. Every time I stop at this location around lunch the chicken sandwiches are cooked in old grease and have clearly been sitting in the warmers for hours to the point they are completely dried out. Additionally you can basically forget anything custom as it will never be right. Do yourself a favor and find another McDonalds!"

"My wife and I sto purchase some Apple pies The young lady that took our order said they were ready Several minutes have passed and I asked why are we still waiting For our pies your favorite ready The manager said that they had just finished baking When received the pies they were not dated So that led Need to believe that the tip logs were not filled out properly. We walked out got in the car and I told my wife I better check these pies and and I'm glad I did because these eyes were still uncooked they were cold in the middle they weren't even carameli went back inside Explain it to the manager and then she said was have a nice day I asked for a refund She was upset I showed her the pies she gave me my refund and she said have a nice day. no apology, no accountability for selling us under cooked food. She just said have a nice day In a very condescending tone. I can see now that this is not an isolated incident for this location and the food safety log book should audited because this is a food safety violation"
