"We ate there for the first time today. We had their breakfast special - 2 eggs, 2 Pancakes and 2 sausages. The Pancakes were very light and fluffy. Everything was delicious. Hailey, the waitress, was very pleasant and kind. We met the new owner and chatted for a bit. Very pleasant dining experience. We will be back."

"My wife and I just had dinner there about 3 hours ago. The waitress was very friendly. The place was nice and clean about half capacity at the time. We had hamburger steak and chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and fried okra. Our order was ready in timely manor and was delicious. Italy folks have a gem here and I hope you support it well because we plan on coming back. Thanks to the owners and staff. We were not disappointed."

"This is my opinion for service on 6/10. The place looks awesome figured I'd give it a try I ordered a ham cheese and mushroom omlete hash browns and biscuit and gravy , Ala Cart pork chop, and 1 pancake. $26 for all Omlete was okay kinda hard to mess up eggs I did find something in it and let the lady know. Porkchop was bland. No salt no pepper nothing.. please season your meat Hash browns where bland also, hit those with some salt or seasoning! Pancake can be way better what I didn't like it was not clean, u can obviously see the burnt griddle dusties crumbs that off sets the taste. And lastly the biscuit was stale. Hard and cold on one picture I posted you can see how dry the biscuit is! The lady offered to reheat it but that defeats the purpose of fresh food. The gravy was good tho. To be italy water you have a good water system the tea taste good keep it up! All in all Clean restaurant 5 stars Waitress 5 stars Taste 1 star Freshness of food 1 star Speed for food to be served 5 star"

"Edit: What a difference a week makes. The service is still the friendliest. The hamburger steak is excellent with fries and the salad bar. The fries were huge and tasty fresh. Italy, get out and see for yourself. I wanted to give this place a 5-star review. They are new and still working out the kinks. It's a 4 for now. Only because they were overwhelmed by the business this morning. The people make the place. Very inviting and friendly. The coffee was excellent. The food was great except the biscuits and gravy were cold. They still had a good flavor. I will be back, and I'd bet they'll get that 5."
