"Gave all the info over the phone and was told they will be out to pickup the car in an hour. Driver calls back and hour and a half later saying no vendor has showed up, called vendor and they told me they haven't even left because they need to be emailed all the info they already received over the phone. Nobody told me to email anything or even the email to send it to. So after an hour they didn't call to confirm or anything they just decided to not even go pick the car up or notify me or the customer. Horrible service would not recommend anyone use this business. Plenty of others in the area that won't just forget about you company will also apparently reply to your review calling you a liar too so that's nice"
