"Actual oil change was good and young man who did the change did a good job. Efficient and did a nice job. However, the owner / manager on duty sat with his feet propped up staring at his phone. Didn’t say hello, thank you, nothing….. Didn’t speak to the team or me. He was behind the counter at a desk so it certainly appeared he worked there. He’s the reason it’s 3 stars and not higher. Car was not vacuumed either."
