"I have taken my vehicles to Christian Brothers Kingwood over the past couple of years for major repairs. Initially they provided 5 star service, but my last 2 visits have been very disappointing. In early January 2024, I had my water pump replaced along with other repairs. I left my car with them for several days to allow them to properly complete the repairs. The next morning after picking up my car, I noticed oil on my driveway. My wife also noticed a burning smell inside the cabin. CB had not properly installed the valve cover causing oil to leak out and burn on hot surfaces. They replaced the valve gasket free of charge, but I'm not sure how the initial leak got by their quality inspection. It was a very obvious leak. A few days ago I took my vehicle back for another repair. Unfortunately this time the repair cost was close to the value of the car. I decided not to repair my car. I paid my invoice in full which included the diagnostic charge, and informed CB over the phone that morning that I would get my car towed home. I told them that I would pick it up at the end of the day before they closed or the next morning. When I showed up the next morning to pick it up, I found parts thrown inside the second row. I guess they didn't want to bother putting it back together. This is what upset me! After giving them much of my business, they toss parts inside my car. Could have at least placed them in the cargo area. CB said that they didn't have time to put it back which they had at least 24 hours. See attached photo of how I found it."
