"Absolutely horrendous service... Gave the information for insurance...initially person said will call back. No call back Then I called..Mgr responded everything good. Took my son...front desk said not verified I asked 4 Mgr..no Mgr I called..my insurance...they answered I went back to office and said they are on phone talk Rep of front desk said..Mgr not here U all tell me...something wrong or missing or we are living in troublesome times"

"took my son here because they had openings faster than other places in the local area and he had some tooth pain. they went for a cleaning and didn't really get a lot of feedback from the dentist. he was also 30 mins late which had us there an extra hour than what we needed to be. they didn't give my kids any new tooth brushes or floss like other offices do. my son for fillings done and they didn't numb enough. i asked why they didn't use laughing gas and he said he had the machine but didn't like to use it. mind you my son was extremely nervous about getting the shots. once the dentist puts the shots he leaves for about ten mins and comes back as he's starts drilling my son can feel the pain i had to be the one to ask my son if he could feel what they were doing and he said yes so the dentist gave more shots and that still wasn't enough my son was in so much pain after the fillings he started crying as soon as we stepped outside i couldn't believe it! i would never recommend anyone to take their kids to this place it is not kid friendly at all!"

"I Agee with another person that left a review saying that these people are not honest. They are not. I was told to pay for service that I need to have done and when my insurance pays, I would be refunded my money. Insurance paid and I was not refunded all that was due to me. Sabrina the office manager/wife gave me the runaround and told me one lie after another. I NEVER had any issues with other dental offices. You’re saying that to try to make yourselves seem as though you are a great dentist office. I beg the difference. I’ve never been over charged at any dental office. My insurance company pays but when you inflate the cost, yes they are going to question it. Again, another lie. Be HONEST"
