"First, let me start by saying I am beyond terrified of dentist ( horrible experience years ago). I’ve been sent to several different ones to have a couple teeth pulled due to an accident and have had no luck. They wouldn’t listen when I told them I have severe anxiety when it came to dentist. I was then referred to an oral surgeon to be sedated by an anesthesiologist after the last dentist said I was combative with mild sedation and stopped the procedure leaving me in more pain. The price for the oral surgeon with an anesthesiologist with no insurance was not foreseeable. I was giving up and I was in so much pain. I could not take it anymore. Luckily, my husband found Dr Lin on 1/6/2023 Within minutes (about 20 minutes) of my husband calling Ruby Dental, Jessica (front desk) had me in the office and in a chair. Dr Lin and his assistant (she’s truly amazing and I feel horrible I can’t remember her name) came in to speak with me and do an exam and X-rays. They took the time to really listen to my concerns and fears. Taking that into consideration he came up with a treatment plan, explained everything and assured me I was in good hands and that instantly put me at ease. He prescribed me antibiotics for several days to get rid of the infection that had set in and set the appointment to remove the teeth on1/10/2023. He said he could do it without sedation. My anxiety took over for the days leading up to the procedure. He did however prescribe something to help with my anxiety that I took in office before he started. I can’t explain how calm the entire staff from Jessica at the front, to his assistant to the amazing Dr Lin had me the day of the procedure. I am happy to say he got them out and I am grateful beyond words for that. Unbelievably, I was awake the whole time and had no issues. Not to mention how affordable it all was. I am actually looking forward to going back and can’t wait to have my smile looking great again. If I could give more than five stars I would in a heartbeat. Thank You from the bottom of my heart to this entire staff for all of your professionalism, care and treatment. You are all the best in my book! My family and I have found our new dentist and that truly makes me smile."

"By far the best dental experiences I’ve had in all my years. Dr. Lin is the only dentist I’d trust concerning needles, scalpels, extractions etc. He’s thorough and doesn’t rush through like a lot of dentist I’ve experienced. I’ve always hated needles and visiting the dentist, but these last few appointments really helped me push past any hesitations I’ve had since childhood. Him and the whole staff are really sweet, making for a great experience every time I go. I can’t recommend this place enough!!"
