"Poor customer service. Will not go back. Extremely impersonal. Second visit and I got up and walked out. Your simply a $ sign when you hit the door. Over booking people, clearly. Fumes from the acrylic nails were more than noxious. Maybe not doing nails by your front door/ lobby area would make it a bit easier on your customers. Also addressing your customers as to the wait time would be especially helpful when they made an appointment. Didn't just walk in. I scheduled it. Wish you the best and hope you sort it out. In the mean time I will go where my time is valued as much as yours."
