"This has been off the worst experiences I’ve ever had with anyone. It took over a year to have two partials made + over a dozen measurements taken and retaken+ hours of sitting in the waiting room just to be told that my doctor wasn’t there and required to make yet another appointment + when the partials were finally done, the partial broke inside of my mouth while trying it on. The communication is terrible: the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. I would receive calls requesting me to confirm my attendance to an appointment that was previously cancelled by them.Jefferson dental set appointments and later cancel them due to the partials not being ready. Half of the time I would receive calls reminding me of appointment that were cancelled. Sometimes I would show up to appointments that they had cancelled yet their automated system would still call me to remind me of the appointment. The staff is rude and no one know what is going on. I escalated this issue to the main office- it had no result. The process for my two partials was initiated in November of 2022- it in now January of 2024 and I JUST RECEIVED THE PARTIALS LAST WEEK!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous. Whenever I express my concerns and discontent to the staff and doctor I was told I was the one I. The wrong and that my expectations were not realistic. They took over a year to get this done. I spent too many hours in their office. I truly feel they wasted my time and money while they took measurements over and over and over again. They changed my doctor multiple times. They would make appointments and wait until I showed up to let me know that the partials weren’t done yet and needed to reschedule the appointment for a later time. The staff belittled me by making me feel that my discontent had no foundation. In some cases a translator was needed due to my limited English. Although I may not speak English fluently, I am able to understand more than I can speak. Many times the translator would only relay part of my message to the doctor. In cunclusion, I finally received my partials but it has been one he worst experiences I e ever had with anyone. I would never recommend this dentist for anyone. I would never return to Jefferson dental even if the services were free."

"The first time I came I scheduled my appointment online and recieved multiple messages to fill out my information on their online form, then still had to fill out the forms on paper when I arrived. From the year and a half that I was here (about 4 appointments) I was always told that I was either late or that my appointment was rescheduled or even that I never had an appointment and that I would need to be squeezed in. Once my appointment was at 8 am, and the hygenist (who I guess was the only one scheduled) I saw arrive closer to 9 am. They then asked me to come back later. The xray techs and denstist were always kind and professional once I finally got in the chair, but still had to wait when I was in the back. VERY unorganized, not sure who these bots are leaving the 5 stars."

"The office staff was prompt and professional with my paperwork and insurance. I was taken in at extract time of my appointment today and had a complete exam with all necessary x-rays. Laser cleaning was recommended which I had never had before. It was worth the time and money as it was best cleaning I ever had .This was my first time at this location. I will be a repeat customer."

"All staff was friendly. The Doctor was very nice, she answered all questions that I had and talked about a dental plan as to what all needed to be done to my teeth.The X-ray tech was friendly. Paperwork was all done before so my wait time was not long. Their faciIity was very clean. I would highly recommend Jefferson Dental."

"I must say, very professional and courteous from Dr. Angela Ishak and staff. Usually I’m a nervous WRECK whenever I go to the dentist but I recommend this place. Second time returning for my deep cleaning and BB was incredible, she was so gentle and understanding. Explaining what she was doing every step of the way while taking care of my teeth. She does a very thorough job cleaning my teeth without any pain. You are the best, thank you BB I’m finally glad I found a place where I had a great experience."
