"I have been going to this Take 5 in Humble for over a year now, but yesterday the service was terrible. I had to ask them to check my filter to which they responded they had checked, and I told them that I hadn’t seen them checking it and they said if I wanted them to check it again they needed $49. My total for an oil change was $94, and on my receipt they claimed they washed my windscreen, checked my wipers, changed my filter and did a tire rotation, none of which they did. The service took not less than 7 minutes. Is this because the Manager wasn’t there on Sunday? Please do not claim to have done work that you didn’t do and still Charge us for it."
