"The worst experience of my life with a repair shop. They are horrible communicators. Had my car from Aug 11 until Oct 26. Drove it over the weekend and it's dead already. They should have just admitted that the repairs needed on my car was out of the scope of mechanical knowledge. Even though they didn't repair everything needed they still wanted me to pay more money so they could send to someone else to repair. Horrible horrible horrible"

"My mother , brother and I all took our cars in to Mata auto . Paid for the initial problem . And when we all got our cars back we all suddenly needed alignments and I mean bad . And mysteriously all our breaks were slamming in to the floor (dangerous) call to ask what happened from the time we dropped off the cars to the time we picked them up that could cause these problems that weren’t there before. They guy went off on a guilty rage . My question was simple and his answers were dodging and aimed every where else but the problem. Never going here again and you shouldn’t either."
