"Worst place ever! They took 2 years to FINALLY finish a job ... Highly recommend to run away from Jefferson dental. Don't believe these commercials. Believe actual customers that have proof Jefferson dental has rude staff that chances every month or so. My boyfriend had to go to 3 different locations because Jefferson dental only has ONE Good dentist. The staff is terrible at Houston locations."

"I seem to keep getting the run around when it comes to getting a copy of item's I need and have asked for several times. I was advised I would get them via email which has yet to happen. I cannot deal with a clinic that does not stand by their word and seems not to care about the dental care of others. Is it about the money or one's health? "Will definitely not be coming back to this obviously declining office, which is odd since their prices certainly do not fit with their "affordable" advertising. Both the staff and bug infested building are subpar which is a shame because when I first started coming to them 2 years ago they were decent. This last experience, I went in for an exam and because of pain due to a wisdom tooth that had an infection. My appointment was at 4:30 and I didn't leave until 6:00. A whole HOUR AND A HALF and all I ended up getting a piss poor cleaning from Lin Hawkins who didn't bother touching some of my molars and left more varnish on my lips than on my teeth, and a prescription that I had to take in myself because the desk ladies were too lazy to call it in. The doctor, Vanessa Ruiz, that was present was a temp who took forever to see me and when she did, she looked at me for less than 2 minutes before leaving the office because they were closing since they took their sweet time to see me. Dr. Hoang was gone and I believe he should be evaluated from my and others experiences. I got referred to "specialists" to have my wisdom teeth extracted even though just over a year ago this same office was willing and able to take them out the same day but I decided to just have one taken out at the time. This was obviously a mistake. This also speaks to this doctors decline in confidence in his skills. I will find another dentist who cares about their patients and has the skills and desire to give them the best possible treatment."
