"As a conscientious consumer, I feel compelled to share my disheartening experience with League City Modern Dentistry, where my trust was blatantly betrayed and my dental health needlessly compromised for profit. Upon visiting League City Modern Dentistry, I was informed that I had multiple cavities requiring immediate attention and that I urgently needed a deep cleaning for advanced gum disease. Trusting the expertise of the professionals, I complied with their recommendations, only to discover later that these diagnoses were nothing but deceitful ploys to extract more money from unsuspecting patients. After seeking a second opinion from a reputable dentist, I was shocked to learn that I had no cavities whatsoever and my gum health was in considerably better condition than initially claimed. It became abundantly clear that League City Modern Dentistry had engaged in unethical practices solely to exploit my trust and financial resources. This reprehensible behavior not only undermines the integrity of the dental profession but also jeopardizes the well-being of patients who rely on honesty and transparency in their healthcare providers. I am appalled by the callous disregard for ethical standards exhibited by League City Modern Dentistry. In light of my harrowing experience, I vehemently advise against seeking dental care at League City Modern Dentistry. Their willingness to deceive patients for financial gain is utterly reprehensible and should not be tolerated. Instead, I urge individuals to prioritize their dental health by seeking treatment from reputable professionals who prioritize honesty and ethical practice above all else."

"Terrible experience here. First appointment and we waited 30 minutes before I decided to ask someone at the front desk what was going on. I was told they switched our provider due to the other doctor having to leave for the day so they were backed up. I was told I had to wait another 40 minutes for my daughter to even be seen. Then was told two emergency visits had just come in and were also put ahead of us. We were never informed about any of this. If I hadn't asked, we would still be waiting. I asked to speak to office manager and she offered no accommodation or solution except to come back and book an early appointment next time. I just wasted time off work. Very poor customer service and a bad experience for a child needing to be seen. Zero Stars!"

"so angry. My husband had his four wisdom teeth removed. It’s been three hours going on four and they still have not submitted his pain medicine prescriptions. The surgery was fast, and everything was smooth, but not caring for the patient afterwards makes me really upset. Called twice and they said they would send it immediately. It is past the time the office closed, and they still haven’t sent in the prescriptions. Very upset because he’s in SO MUCH pain. I would have taken him back up to the dentist if they weren’t close!"

"The dentists, assistants, and hygienists are great. The office staff is extremely ethically challenged. I was halfway through a series of procedures when I received a call out of the blue, and the first question I was asked was, "Do you have a copy of your treatment plan?" to which I replied "Yes, all three revisions." I then had to listen to badmouthing of former employees and being told there was a billing error that would result in a TRIPLING of my costs (+$30,000) and that I needed to choose a much degraded option but would still need to pay for it. I have zero bottom teeth, the denture they gave me has never fit, so I don't eat in public anymore. Now they want to change the plan. Several calls were made to try to resolve the issue with zero movement, just vague promises. They promised over and over again to provide records so we could figure out what happened. Eventually my spouse went to the office to talk to them and the office manager agreed that there appeared to be an "ethics issue" involved, then told her that they had no copies of my treatment plans in my records. She handed the office manager a copy of the latest one with their tracking numbers on it. They still couldn't find anything. We asked for a referral out to a different dentist/periodontist and they've made vague references to their "referral department" which the office manager then agreed was just whoever on the office staff got the request, including themself. No referral. "Can we talk to the owner?", "No, no one talks to them without going through me and you're not going to talk to them." We tried again this morning, my spouse was given the same nebulous line and my call was pushed to voicemail. I know they're going to respond to call their office to talk it over, we've both tried to calmly discuss the situation over the past three months and can't get anywhere."
