"I am absolutely flabbergasted by the unorganized, unethical money pit this place has become since being changed from crown dental to brident dental… I came here 3 1/2 weeks ago for a tooth which cracked in the back of my mouth. I made it very clear that I wanted the tooth pulled considering it’s just a wisdom tooth and I didn’t need it. I was given X-rays and typical exam and told that I had 3 small cavities that were beginning to form but could be corrected with flossing. I was then approached by the receptionist and given a quote for $17k for implants… Exactly why do I need implants for a wisdom tooth and 3 small cavities? I told her no she then pushed the issue about financing through some credit company to take the next quote which was $7k down to $2k when I asked what all would be covered she mentioned fillings, cleanings and several other unnecessary care products.. then told me I would have to wait for the referral appointment for the orthodontist to see me. She scheduled me an appointment. I asked before I left. Is this the appointment for the orthodontist to pull this tooth she assured me that it was. I opted into getting the $234 teeth cleaning and waited for my appointment which was today. I get there today. I’m being told that they are a hour behind with each patient. She asked me when I was there for and I told her I had an appointment to get my tooth pulled. She then states that they have on file that I’m there for fillings. When I told her that’s correct she states that I would have to come back on the 26th when the orthodontist is there … I’m literally sitting here utterly confused because I was told that the orthodontist will be here today I was told that I was put on schedule for him to see me on this day. She didn’t stay as well. The dentist said you can get your cleaning today. Once again, I’m confused because I received the cleaning 3 1/2 weeks prior to me coming to the appointment today. Mind you I have been dealing with a discomfort of this tooth the entire time.. The receptionist stated that she had no record of my teeth cleaning in their system.. I asked her then what did I get done at my last appointment? She then stated that she doesn’t know because there is no record of anything being done at my last appointment.. I pull my cell phone out and show my credit card statement and it shows the name of the company and the $243 that was taken out of my account for services rendered. She didn’t states well that’s a negative… I told her I’m aware that that is a negative balance, because that means that it was taken out of my account.. at this point, I realize that the reception this is incompetent and she has no clue unless she’s doing.. Her and the dentist has been having a conversation in front of me, stating that they can just put it in the system now.. no, ma’am, that’s fraud.. I asked for the number to the corporate office and was given a generic 800 number which is the regular customer service number.. I have been a patient at the facility when it was crowned until, and my children as well for many years. I have never had issues like this before with this establishment until they switched over and presented new staff. And my personal opinion I would not recommend anyone to come here and I’m more than likely will be removing my children from this location.. anywhere that is comfortable with committing fraud by falsifying documentation of services that we’re not rendered during the time of service is not anywhere that I would like to be associated with.. anywhere that cannot keep my medical documents safe is not anywhere that I would want association with.. This place is highly organized. I shouldn’t have to show my bank statements as proof of payment when it should already be in their system. I was offered to be placed on the schedule for the orthodontist on the 26th. However, that appointment was supposed to be done today. I am not going to wait another week or two to be seen when this could’ve been taken care properly the first time."

"These people in a pour neighborhood issuing out $7000 quotes. 80% of the quote is Sauces juiced and mouth washes. Not to mention sitting for 1 hour and nobody I'm there. The staff had her daughter come in and out chilling and intruding on everybody as she please. Very unprofessional never ever going back no matter how many emails they send."

"My experience was great..The dentist talks with you about your teeth and mouth condition. She discussed with me what improvements I can do to have the best results in having healthy teeth and mouth. All of the employees were very professional nice and helpful."
