I was glad he mentioned the 1st time discount for an oil change over the phone because that sold me. I was headed to my usual spot, NTB. I came in to receive service. He was the same in person and with all other customers. The team got me out of there in no time and provided an estimate on my brakes and rotors as well. I'll certainly be back.
