"I had great experiences with this place and dentist in the past but I’m not happy with the organization of the office. I recently spent time on the phone with this office scheduling and coordinating appointments for myself and my daughter, took time off from work, rearranged my schedule and got coverage so I could go to this appointment, just to be told my appointment didn’t exist. I wrote the appointment details down when I scheduled the appointment, received confirmation texts for both appointment dates and times, and even received thank you texts for confirming both appointments. My daughter made it to her appointment as planned and she heard the staff questioning why she was on the schedule twice in the same week. Apparently an error was made and instead of scheduling both of us, 2 appointments were booked under my daughter’s name. Someone then canceled the appointment that was supposed to be for me and scheduled a different patient in that time slot. I am okay with a mistake being made but I was made to feel like I was the one that made an error and that I never had an appointment scheduled to begin with. There was no admission or acknowledgment of an error on the scheduler’s part, even after explaining the confirmations and appointment details that I received. There was no effort to try and accommodate me in a timely manner, put me on a wait list, nor any resolution offered. An honest explanation and apology would have went a long way with me. I’m disappointed."
