Yes, the RS6 was there for 3 weeks, but I had a loaner and it wasn’t something simple to resolve as they had to deal with Audi Corp. From a service standpoint, it was all good this time. "Audi Central Service Team is the best I have experienced. After terrible service from Land Rover and BMW, I didn't have high expectations. Antoine is always on his A-game when it comes to customer service. Today I witnessed him talking with a very concerned customer who had recently purchased a car. He was calm, polite, gave her his time by listening, and gave suggestions for her to get the answers she was seeking. There was no attitude, condescension, or frustration from Antoine. Impressive!! As for my personal service, he never lets me down!"
