"We love the flavor of pizza here but the dough is always soggy. We've tried thin, regular and thick. Has to be eaten with a fork. Totally throws the texture off. Can't pull a slice bc it falls apart.. no structure at all. We've ordered many times hoping this would get better but it has not. So.. we give up."

"Took my family of 5 here to eat the buffet on 10-16-23. It was Monday around 5:30 when we got there. They was busy but no pizza on the bar, salad bar looked like it had not been wiped down all day. Finally at 6:15 we asked if they was going to put pizza out. The response from the guy work in the cash register was we put pizza out 15 mins ago. We told him no you did not cause we had been there for over 30 mins. We wasted $42 that night on nothing to eat beside a salad. It was a very big disappointment"

"I am traveling,so this is my first time here. When I arrived, the pizzas all looked a bit too old from sitting on the bar too long. It didn't take long before they brought out a whole new fresh group of pizzas. They were very tasty. The salad bar is very nice with all the regular items. They do have baked zitti, baked spaghetti, and a choice of cooked pastas with marinera and alfredo sauces.But unfortunately, while I was there, they were empty and all dried up. Disgusting!!!! They also offer a couple of dessert pizzas. I will not come back here on my return trip..."

"It was a hard start but I'll be back to see if they get better at cooking a pizza and re-review; pretty much raw but again.... There were at least 30 people there eating the buffet and the employees were working very hard to keep up. Richmond, KY location offers BOGO Monday and a better experience as of now. Re-Review: After two weeks of being opened and serving the local area they've got it down! This time my pizza was perfect and they did such a great job with everything! Nobody beats Giovanni's pizza... Nobody!"
