"When entering Montrose DDS, you can tell the management has put effort not only into patient care but also patient experience. I have never before been greeted by a scent profile at a dental office (or, at least not by a pleasant one, hah.). But, in all seriousness, it's that kind of intentional attention to detail that was weaved throughout my visit. The office is clean, bright, and airy. The staff, including Taylar, Christine, and Melissa, is friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. The modern technology used during my visit clearly reflects a medical practice operating in 2024. The Dr. Carrell was kind and answered all my questions; he listened to me and fully addressed concerns I had. Other important parts of my visit included being seen promptly and being told how long to expect my visit to take. Their monthly plan for people who do not have insurance is reasonable, and provides a meaningful discount for procedures. I highly recommend supporting this locally owned business."
