"My car has been making strange noises for years so I finally took it to Taylor to get checked out. I spoke to Ralph on the phone a few times and he took the time to discuss all my concerns. I got there before they opened (shows 7:30 on google but they actually open at 8) and a nice and courteous employee let me right in. I discussed my noise issues with Ralph and left my car in the hands of their ace mechanic to diagnose. Before I went back to pick up we spoke on the phone and I was assured my car was extensively and thoroughly checked out with their equipment, as well as the mechanic test driving several times to listen for the noises I described.
